Management: Beginning with the 2012 season we′ve switched to Outer Banks Blue as our property manager and rental agent. With their personal service and attention to detail, we can treat our guests to the best possible rental experience.
Hassle-Free Check-in and Check-out: The keyless entry lock means no more keys to lose or lock inside the house, and assures your privacy and security by changing entry codes for each guest.
With our included full linen service, you'll arrive to freshly made beds, clean towels and essential toiletries.
When you finally have to leave, there'll be no extra fees for regular cleaning, either - that's included, too!
Improvements: We′re continually redecorating and refurbishing, so if you′ve stayed here before, expect to see changes on your next visit. Our goal is to offer the most enjoyable oceanfront vacation rental home in the area!
Services: We provide wireless internet access at the highest speed available, telephones with toll-free calling throughout the US and an expanded HD cable TV package including just about every premium movie and sports channel you could ask for.
The Latest: For 2011, we replaced the entire HVAC system and living room ceiling fans to assure you of a comfortable environment in any weather.
For 2012, we′re replacing the deck with a larger one that merges the original split level design with a more convenient layout. Check out the new design and follow the progress on our Facebook page.
The new deck has a special area just for the grill, so it′s convenient and safe, and OBB's dedicated grill service makes sure it′s clean and working when you arrive.
The Little Things: We vacation here, too, and we′ve tried to make this house as comfortable as we can by attending to the little touches as well as the big stuff. There are games, books and movies for young and old alike; new, more effective inside and outside lighting; even a collection of beach goodies for the kids′ all-important sand construction projects!
